An experimental digital history archive that is an attempt at documenting the

This is a traditional Japanese dance group celebrating at the cherry blossom in DC 2008. The mother of a friend of mine is in the mix. Directly behind me is the Washington Monument.
The Jefferson Memorial is centered across the Tidal Basin in 2008. It was mid-bloom for the blossoms so finding a tree with good blooms was not a challenge.
In the background is the Washington Monument which was my actual focal point. as one can see, the trees are coming in full foliage. It was during the late blooms of the cherry blossoms, a very pleasant day for anyone.
