Description
Part of this house at 3411 Luttrell Road, in Annandale, Va., appears to extend over the ramp from Gallows Road to the outer loop of the Beltway. This house and some others on Luttrell were impacted by the HOT lanes construction project and are now owned by the Commonwealth of Virginia. It is now being used by VDOT and HOT lanes contractor Fluor.
